The Abington Financial Aid and Bursar Offices are open for in-person and virtual appointments for both prospective and current students.

Current students can schedule a Financial Aid appointment with a counselor in Starfish. Need an evening appointment? Call (215) 881-7600 (Option 3) to schedule.

2024-25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®)

For maximum consideration of federal, state, and University financial aid, we recommend that you submit your FAFSA by the following dates:

  • February 15, 2024, for all students who are new to Penn State. We anticipate financial aid offers to be emailed to incoming accepted Penn State students in April 2024
  • April 15, 2024, for all students returning to Penn State
  • Pennsylvania residents should also apply for the PHEAA Pennsylvania State Grant*
